Thank you for shopping with LZ Supply.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lzsupplyofficial.com.

We’ll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
